Presentation of backpacks to Kikarara Lutheran Church Preschool

The Kikarara Lutheran Church is located in Moshi Vijijini (rural Moshi). The church has a Montessori preschool that serves 50 students and their families. Here is a picture of the Kikarara Lutheran Church (James is standing in front):

Mama James presenting the 50 backpacks to Monica (one of the teachers). Each backpack contains pencils, erasers, pencil sharpener, crayons, glue sticks, scissors, and a toothbrush kit with toothpaste. There is also a small Christian book in each backpack.

The students are divided into two groups of 25. The first group (8:00am-11:30am) are 2.5 to 4 years of age. The second group (11:30am-3:00pm) are 5 and 6 years old. Below are pictures of the first class (the man in the second picture is Mr. Kisingi, an evangelist of the Kikarara Lutheran Church):
